Backups are encrypted before they’re stored, and we never store video or images at all. You own your numbers and can download or delete them any time.

Will it work with my cameras?
Most modern security camera systems will work. We check during the free store visit and tell you straight away. If a camera covering your door isn’t suitable, we’ll quote for one that is.
Can you see my customers?
No. The box counts people and deletes the video on the spot. We never receive, store or view footage, and nothing we keep can identify a person.
Do I need to tell customers?
Most shops with security cameras already display CCTV signage, and you should keep doing so. Milione doesn’t record or store any footage, and it never identifies anyone. It only turns what your cameras see into anonymous counts. Many shops choose to add a short line to their signage, such as “We count visitors anonymously to improve our store.” We can suggest wording during setup, but we can’t give legal advice, so check your own obligations if you’re unsure.
What happens if my internet drops?
The box keeps counting and fills in the gap once it’s back online. If it goes quiet, we’re alerted automatically and get in touch.
Will it slow down my cameras or recordings?
No. Your existing system keeps recording exactly as it does now. The box only reads the live feed.
I have more than one shop. Can I see them together?
Yes. Switch between stores in the dashboard or view them combined. Each store has its own counter and is billed separately.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. The one-off setup fee covers the hardware and installation.
